This site has a nice collection of modern products. Everything is WAY overpriced as usual with design stores (everyone can’t be an ikea). If nothing else it’s worth looking at to get some fun ideas. Heck spend 1/3 the money and make some of the stuff yourself. [Check them out]

My friend Andrew sends me a lot of great design links all the time. Back in the day, when we were roommates, one on the things we used to do, was to stroll around town looking at different buildings and discussing the way they were built.
Andrews links always intrigue me but this one was MORE than blog worthy…
In a world where old church building are a dying breed, people seem to be reclaiming them for other purposes such as… Dwellings?!? This brings a whole new meaning to the phrase, “my home is my sanctuary.”
For a full article on an architectural firm by the name of Zecc, in the Netherlands, that does just that, converting an old church into 40 apartments (click here).
